Social Society, located in inner-city Sydney,  is a one-of-a-kind Blank Creatives cafe design.

Blank Creatives have created a beautifully feminine cafe space, ideal for long brunches & instagram worthy dates.

JJ's Chicks & Burgers in Coogee, is a small eat-in & takeaway chicken & burger shop.

The design is playful & minimalist, with pops of yellow through-out the space. Yellow is featured in the branding, and carried through in the border tiles, bench upholstery & feature wall lights above the menu's.

The design aims for a fresh & inviting atmosphere, complementing the summer beach vibes of the Coogee area.

We worked closely with Angela our freelance graphic designer to ensure the branding & interiors worked well together. And what about that killer mural?

The raw hub is a new raw food cafe concept in Mosman, designed by Blank Creatives. To compliment the business Blank Creatives took a similar approach to the design, using a small selection of materials to create a fresh and warm space. The design features warm oak herringbone floors, concrete look counter cladding and herringbone mosaic tiling. The key feature of the design is of course the amazing 3D mural to the right hand wall. The luscious green hair was created by Prema Scape Design.

Nguyen Brothers Maroochydore, is Blank Creative's second project with Nguyen Brothers.

The design for their second store, worked with similar principles however this design included more pops of colour, and unlike the original store did not have any existing concrete or brick building elements to work with. So the design created its own identity, using brass, timber & concrete tones to create a modern, fresh & clean design for the expansing Nguyen Brothers restaurants.

The Lagoon Deck Bar is a popular, well established space in Wollongong. The original Deck Bar design was dark and tiered and Blank Creatives brief was to give the Deck space a new breath of life. We achieved this by playing with contrast, using light and bright brass, white and oak timber tones, against dark navy and concrete look colourings. The Navy and white became the key colours for the design and was then carried through to the branding, which was updated by Blank Creatives as well

The results - a welcoming and energetic space!

House of Satay, Stockland Mall Wetherill Park, is a fresh and clean interior concept. House of Satay wanted a simple, industrial space that used the existing elements of the space. To achieve this brief BC worked with the bare elements, leaving the existing block work walls exposed and using simple techniques such painting the tops white to create interest within the space. Simple design elements are then added to the space, such as the feature neon, quirky typography above the kitchen window and cane feature panels on the dining walls and behind the menu wall. In keeping with the raw industrial look and feel, recycled bricks were sourced for the counter and dining wall, which adds an extra element of warmth to the space.

Nguyen Brothers is a Vietnamese restaurant, located in the popular Fountain st Building. Blank Creatives aimed to create a restaurant space that blended both a modern design feel with small hints of the cuisine's origin - Vietnam. This results in a space that is simplistic and fresh, with bursts of teal, contrasted against warm honey oak timber. The use of herringbone, custom patterned drop down ceiling panels and cane are a subtle way of bringing heritage to the space, which is then set upon a modern backdrop of the building original brick and and concrete walls and floors.
