The Esk residence is a small 60m2 apartment, located in the heart of Marrickville. The client wanted a full renovation, taking a tiered 70's red brick apartment and turning it into a comfortable and modern home. The apartment features a custom design kitchen, with marble bench-tops, polytec laminated cupboards, with timber groove detailing, integrated fridge, washing machine and dishwashers. The living room features a bespoke tv unit, using the timber floor boards, to create a neat and simple design feature.
