At Pattison’s Patisserie in Newcastle, we’ve had the privilege of shaping two unique spaces — Kotara Westfield and Charlestown Square — as part of our ongoing three-year collaboration with the brand. Each store carries its own distinct personality while remaining true to Pattison’s identity, celebrating the Parisian roots of its patisserie craft. The cafe interior design, draws on a palette of soft blues, crisp whites, warm oak, and elegant brass, the designs blend French-inspired charm with a modern edge. The result is two inviting destinations that feel unmistakably Pattison’s, yet each offers its own memorable experience for customers.
