So much of what people imagine "hiring a professinal interior designer" to mean is really just the surface: picking tiles, choosing a paint colour, making things look nice. The truth is a lot more layered than that, and I think it's worth pulling back the curtain a little.

I'm Jasimma, founder and Interior Design Director of Blank Creatives, a boutique studio here in Sydney. I've spent over 16 years in this industry, and I still personally lead every single project from that first conversation through to completion - nothing gets handed off along the way.
My work spans residential renovations, extensions and new builds, as well as hospitality fitouts for cafés, restaurants and venues across Sydney. Different briefs, different challenges, but the same philosophy underpins all of it: spaces that know you.
